I ordered 3 items, paid to expedite my shipment and only 2 items arrived. The box was too small to contain my Cocoon Activity Table, yet my packing slip shows all three items listed. I’m disappointed, these gifts are for a very special 1st birthday, alas I’m now short one. This is my first time ordering from Smallable, I hope this can be resolved quickly.

This company has beautiful luxury bath items you don't find online or in stores every day. Everything is very high quality and gift worthy. However, I left off one star because they do not mention the scent of the item or if it is unscented. However, their products are so remarkable and above average, including their service, I will continue to purchase from this company. Highly recommended.

I ordered a lot of things, but they're wrapped well.
It's a shame that 15% coupon was applied after receiving the product. lol

Good service and quick delivery, but shipping box was severely damaged as if it was cut with a knife (luckily the product was ok) and color didn't match the photos. I kept it anyway and grew to like it but was disappointed in the beginning.

The service was quick and I was told every step of the way what was happening. I was less impressed that one of the items specified that it was a 'bangle' and 'bracelet' - yet when it arrived, it was a ring. I was going to send the item back, but my daughter liked it, so I kept it. I went back to the website, wondering if I had just missed or mis-read - I hadn't, there is no mention of the item being a ring and the picture does not suggest it either. Hence four stars and not five.
